Healthy Egg Roll in a Bowl⁣

Ingredients:⁣
- 1 pound ground turkey or chicken (or tofu for a vegetarian option)⁣
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (or olive oil)⁣
- 4 cups coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage and carrots)⁣
- 3 green onions, chopped⁣
- 2 cloves garlic, minced⁣
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced (optional)⁣
- 1/3 cup of soy sauce or coconut amino acid for soy free⁣
-1 teaspoon of oyster sauce (optional) ⁣
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar⁣
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)⁣
- Salt and pepper to taste⁣

Instructions:⁣
1. Cook the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sesame oil. Once hot, add the ground turkey or chicken. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula.⁣
