You can do all the research you want, you can buy all the equipment you can buy, you can get advice from every source that you can find. If you don’t put in the work to see change after your stroke, you simply won’t achieve the goals you want to achieve

This is hard work! And you have to want it!

Are you sick of not being able to do the things you used to and are ready to do something about it? Then let’s chat!

Not neuro related, not stroke related, not recovery related… just purely life, and how hard it can be….

Monday, we had to say goodbye to our Harley… the dog I dreamed of my whole life. Our family’s rock- the heart of all of us, the leader of the pack.

He’s been with all of us through so many big life milestones & losing him is a loss I’ll never stop feeling.

Hold you pups, your loved ones, your support systems a little extra close today❤️ time is a thief
