Let's talk neutralization.
Lip Neutralization is a cosmetic tattoo for those who have uneven lip color, cool or dark tones that they want to brighten and warm up.
Cool toned and darkly pigmented lips are tricky because the color has to be specially formulated to counter balance the unwanted color and enhance the natural color.
For years very cool or dark lips were a "no ho" in the pmu world for fear of turning black, brown, grey or purple.
With advanced understanding of the different types of melanin, shifting color safely is now possible.

1st session, healed. Neutralization typically takes 2 to 3 sessions.
