Retreats are an opportunity to see your nervous system relax, and your healthiest version of yourself shine in the safest most beautiful location. People have been asking me how retreat with families went last month.....for me, it's nothing short of magical to be part of a community of people choosing to be part of something meaningful.

Whether it's one individual or a whole family, a choice to show up in a more authentic, vulnerable and playful way is truly a miracle! It's a showcase of healing happening while still being able to laugh, play, connect and share. I hope to continue doing retreats as long as I can because every single person on every single retreat touches my soul. I'm so grateful!
