Between Realms BQH & QHHT

05/15/2024

BQH or Beyond Quantum Healing is a form of hypnotherapy which is an evolution of QHHT. It was founded by Candace Craw-Goldman who practiced under Dolores Cannon. It is a heart and energy-based modality that works with the wisdom teams of both you and your practitioner. During a session you can experience past lifetimes, receive healing on all levels and connect to your Higher Self to receive guidance and answers to whatever questions you choose to ask.

BQH is especially well suited for anyone who regularly practices meditation, has had hypnotherapy or has done a past life regression.

BQH sessions allow you to explore who you are at a soul level.

At some point I woke up and said why do I work unfulfilling jobs? I want to do something that I enjoy, and that also helps people in some way. I want to go on adventures. Spend more time with my children, while they’re still little. It all goes by so fast. Stop for a little and take it all in. Live in the present. It’s a huge experience full of smaller experiences. Change your mindset, change your life. Be happy. 💕💫

It's Cleansing and Charging Day for me! Here's some tips for cleansing and charging your crystals, and decks.

*If you want to use smudging (sage, Palo Santo sticks, incense), make sure to open a window or door so any negative energy may leave your home/space.
*Clear your mind and set your intentions while cleansing.
*You can use the moon to cleanse! Simply set your stones and decks on a window sill, and collect them in the morning.
*To CHARGE your crystals and decks, you can use Selenite. I personally use Selenite jars/bowls, plates, sticks/wands to charge my crystals. I use Selenite & Clear Quartz to charge my decks!
*You can also use the Sun Light to charge your crystals and decks.
*Your intentions are important. Remember that there's no wrong or right way to practice!
***WARNING: Some crystals cannot be in water (some use water to cleanse crystals), and leaving crystals in the Sun for too long can make the colors fade.
