The weekend is over. It included our hors d’oeuvres and drinks open house and the coffee bar grand opening. Thank you to EVERYONE who came, sent messages of encouragement, and who have pumped up this new business!
Also, a huge thank you to .cafe.sterling who supplied the hot coffee, cold brew, and refreshers for all to enjoy. Sophie’s Cafe has always been a supporter of our events and we appreciate their encouragement!
Hot take: go try their paninis and grab an iced latte! You won’t regret it.

WOW! 🤯 These last few weeks were full of amazing people in our community offering help, comfort, and encouragement. Opening a new business is a labor of love, not just for the individual but also for all of the people in their orbit. I definitely did NOT do this alone and I am forever grateful to everyone who helped clean, assemble, construct, arrange, pickup, paint, etc!
Now comes the final touches to get each equipment up and running and scheduling begins June 8th!
Keep checking back for all the updates, price lists, and scheduling information.

We have been so busy getting everything in its place that we have missed a couple HUGE achievements!
Thursday morning the float tanks arrived. These ladies were the last big delivery 🚚 to get this dream up and running.
The floats will not be set up in time for the open house but will be the week after.
On another note…we are so absolutely floored by the community’s encouragement and enthusiasm for this business. Big hugs to the Sauk Valley and thank you!

Delivery day at Velvaere! HOCATT Ozone Sauna, Plunge steam sauna, and two cold Plunges found their new home today.
While we have a lot of work coming up in the upcoming weeks…we now have all the equipment. (Well, minus the custom float tanks which are current being fabricated JUST FOR US!)

The first of the equipment has arrived!! OxyHealth is the company we went will for our hyperbaric chamber. This company is one of only a few hyperbaric companies that actually spend the time and money to get their chambers FDA approved.
We are so excited to bring this technology to the Sauk Valley public!!
While hyperbaric or HBOT is FDA approved for wound healing there are a lot more benefits associated with the HBOT chamber.
We will have packages and protocols for athletic recovery, autism and inflammation, supplemental cancer care, brain fog, etc.
