The womb was never meant to carry herself alone.

She rests within a living web of fascia—a connective tissue that supports and connects nearly everything inside us. This web responds to our breath, our posture, our pregnancies, our grief, our joy, and the many seasons we move through.

When we begin tending the womb, we’re not just caring for one part of the body. We’re gently tending the whole landscape that holds her.

I’ve found that this kind of care is about so much more than anatomy. It’s an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen. Sometimes that looks like feeling more connected to your cycle, noticing greater ease in your body, or becoming more aware of what your body is asking for. Sometimes it’s simply remembering that your body is worthy of your attention before she ever asks for it through discomfort.

Across many traditions, the womb has also been seen as a place of intuition, creativity, memory, and becoming. Whether you hold that as spiritual truth or beautiful symbolism, there is something profoundly healing about meeting this part of yourself with reverence.

The womb doesn’t ask us to fix her.

She asks us to remember her.

If this speaks to something you’ve been feeling, I’d love to hear what resonates with you. And if you’re feeling called to explore this work more deeply, I offer one-on-one womb tending sessions where we gently listen to the stories your body has been carrying. It would be an honor to walk beside you.

Your womb is worthy of reverence.

Whether your womb has carried children, longs to, has experienced loss, has been surgically altered, or simply marks the rhythm of your monthly cycle…

It deserves tenderness.

Womb ceremony isn’t reserved for one stage of life.

It is a practice of remembering that this part of you is sacred simply because it is yours.

If these words are stirring something within you, I invite you to listen. If you’d like to learn more about womb ceremony or explore whether this work is right for you, send me a message. I’d be honored to connect.

🔻 WOMB CHART READINGS 🔻

Did you know that you can get a clear picture of what’s going on internally through having your womb chart read?

Just like astrologers are reading star charts, we can read the chart of your menstrual cycle to gain insight on what stage of life we are in and what adjustments can be made to bring you into balance. Reading your womb chart can help pinpoint exactly which hormones are imbalanced, if it’s stress or malnourishment, which ultimately gets you clear directive to move forward with.

Here’s what has been supportive to the women I’ve read:

•confirm perimenopause
•identify which hormone imbalances are most prominent
•fertility wellness
•stress and recovery levels
•snapshot of your overall health

Instead of guessing, treating the wrong hormone groups, or staying stuck in a “it’s just perimen” mental loop, get clear, accurate insight FOR YOUR BODY.

Offering these sessions at a discounted rate throughout the summer. I’ve gotten some fantastic feedback you can read below! Can’t wait to work with you.

The breakfast that sounded like the absolute worst for the summertime has become my new staple, let me explain.

Rice porridge, otherwise known as congee, is no “new” invention but a deeply ancient practice of nourishment and healing most often reserved for new mothers.

Not only does this warm breakfast signal to the body it is nourished and safe first thing but it also is supportive to gut health.

One bowl paired with a couple soft boiled eggs is the warm embrace your belly is missing. It becomes a small ritual and direct signal to the body that it is deserving id rest and nourishment.

My favorite part? It helps support the integrity of the intestinal lining. A common theme I’ve seen in womb charts lately are women being undernourished or on the flip side having issues with digestion and absorption.

A warm bowl of rice might seem very unfitting for this wild heat we’re experiencing but it’s exactly what your body needs. It’s extremely hydrating due to its water to rice ratio (8:1).

Give your belly the big it needs to start the day feeling steady, safe, and fed.

Movement without force.

Healthy bodies are always moving.

Blood flows.
Lymph circulates.
Breath expands.
The organs gently glide with each inhale and exhale.

When we experience stress or spend years holding tension, that movement can become restricted.

Through gentle touch, warmth, and intention, belly tending supports the body’s natural circulation and invites ease where there has been holding.

Sometimes our bodies don’t need more effort.

They simply need more nourishment.

If your body is whispering “yes,” I’d love to hear from you. Reach out through a message to learn more about upcoming womb ceremony sessions.

Your nervous system deserves to exhale.

When we feel safe, our bodies soften.

Breath deepens.
The jaw unclenches.
The belly releases.
The whole body remembers that it doesn’t have to stay on guard.

One of the beautiful gifts of belly tending is simply creating space for rest.

Not because we’re trying to make something happen, but because healing often begins when we stop asking our bodies to constantly protect us.

If this is of interest I have two special rate sessions left for this summer. Send me a dm to chat more

Your belly remembers.

We spend so much time living from the neck up that we forget the wisdom waiting below.

The belly is more than a place that digests food. It is where we instinctively hold stress, brace against life, and carry emotions we haven’t had space to process.

Womb ceremony begins with one simple invitation:

What if your body has been speaking all along?

What if slowing down long enough to listen is the beginning?

SPECIAL OFFER - This summer only!

I have been feeling called to begin offering a small number of womb tending sessions and I wanted to share this invitation with a few women who may feel drawn to this kind of work.

These sessions are a gentle space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and listen to the wisdom held within the womb space. Through nurturing touch, grounding practices, and intentional presence, we will create space for rest, awareness, and reconnection.

This is a practice of tending rather than fixing. A way to honor the body through its seasons, transitions, and rhythms.

I am opening a few introductory sessions as I continue growing this offering and would love to work with women who feel called to explore this with me.

If you feel curious or would like to know more, I would love to talk with you and see if it feels like a good fit. 🌿

Two left!! Send me a dm to claim yours

Updates and Offerings - Hello, again!

I’ve been doing lots of little spring time whimsy things to balance out more of the structured, student roles I’ve found myself back in.

I refreshed my herbal knowledge in relation to the womb through a course with Angelica Merritt.
I stepped back into tending the energy body and wombs of local women through ceremony and healing sessions.
Which ignited intense clarity of direction that led me to begin training under the Tu’lix Indigenous Arts school (previously Arvigo Institute) for womb tending and massage.

I’m so excited to continue this path and learn more hands-on skills to share with you all!

In the meantime, birth support is open through the end of the year. Lots of availability, please connect to discuss how we can best support you during this transition into motherhood.

Thanks for being here ✨ wishing all the good stuff finds you
