Okay... I've been keeping a pretty big secret.
I BOUGHT THE MACHINE. 😬😂

After experiencing PEMF myself...
After researching it...
After thinking about it...

Why PEMF for Horses? 🐴

Okay, horse people. This is where I really started paying attention. 😂

Our horses are athletes.

Even the ones who aren't competing are carrying riders, navigating uneven terrain, working muscles, loading joints and recovering from everyday physical stress.

Researchers have studied PEMF in horses, including its relationship with bone formation, musculoskeletal conditions and physiological responses. Some experimental equine research has reported changes in bone formation with PEMF exposure.

But equine research is still developing—and that's an important distinction.
PEMF shouldn't replace your veterinarian.
Instead, I see it as another tool that can be incorporated into a horse's overall wellness and recovery routine, alongside appropriate veterinary care, nutrition, conditioning, hoof care and good horsemanship.

And perhaps my favorite part?

They don't have to understand what the machine is doing. 😂

They just get to stand there and enjoy their session.

Show Me the Science 🔬

You know I'm an educator.

So naturally, “I felt amazing” wasn't enough for me.

I wanted the research. 📚

PEMF has been studied in human bone healing, pain, musculoskeletal conditions and recovery. A 2020 systematic review and meta-analysis of 22 randomized controlled trials involving 1,468 participants found PEMF was associated with higher fracture-healing rates and reduced pain, although the researchers also noted differences between treatment protocols and the need for additional high-quality research.

That's important.

I don't want to tell you PEMF cures everything.

It doesn't.

I want to tell you:
There is science behind PEMF. There are also things we're still learning.

That's the approach you'll get at Life Ready Institute.

PEMF sounds complicated. It really isn't. ⚡

PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy.

A PEMF device produces electromagnetic pulses that pass through the body. Researchers have investigated how those fields interact with biological tissues and cellular processes.

And this isn't something that appeared on social media last year.

PEMF has been researched for decades, including its potential applications involving:
🦴 Bone healing
💪 Musculoskeletal recovery
🔥 Pain and inflammatory processes
🩸 Circulation and cellular activity
🏃 Recovery and physical wellness

One of the most established medical applications is bone healing: certain prescription PEMF devices have been used clinically as bone-growth stimulators for specific conditions.

That doesn't mean PEMF is a magic wand.
It means there's legitimate science worth understanding—and that's exactly what made me want to learn more.

WHY PEMF? ❤️ This one is personal.

Almost two years after an injury, I was still searching for something that would help me feel better. I had tried different things without finding what I was looking for.

Then a friend kept telling me, “You need to try PEMF.”

I was skeptical. She kept asking. Eventually, I gave in. 😂

And I'm so glad I did.

After my session, I personally experienced mental clarity, reduced swelling, and an overall feeling of wellness that I hadn't felt in a long time.

That experience made me curious.

What IS PEMF? Why did I feel such a difference? And naturally, the educator in me started researching. 📚

The more I learned, the more fascinated I became.

And then the mule/horseand dogs girl in me had another thought…
If I felt this good after a session, what could PEMF potentially offer our horses/mules or dogs? 🐴

That question started a whole new journey.
And now...
