🇺🇸 In celebration of our nation's 250th Birthday, Hope Home Medical Supply will be closed on Friday, July 3rd. Since Independence Day falls on Saturday, we will be observing the holiday on Friday so our employees can celebrate America's Semiquincentennial with their families and friends.

A little history lesson: While we celebrate Independence Day on July 4th, the Continental Congress actually voted in favor of declaring independence on July 2, 1776. Two days later, on July 4th, the delegates formally adopted the Declaration of Independence. Drafted primarily by Thomas Jefferson, the document outlined the colonies' reasons for self-governance and marked the birth of a new nation.

The rest, as they say, is history. We showed the British the door and sent them packing—reportedly to the tune of "The World Turned Upside Down."

As the world's oldest continuous representative democracy, here's to 250 years of freedom, opportunity, and self-government—and to 250 more!

Haskell County – Our Senior Citizens Need Our Help

In coordination with Compassion Home Care, Sans Bois Hospice, LLC, Hope Home Medical Supply, and Stigler Primary Care Clinic, we are organizing a community fundraiser to support our local senior citizens during the upcoming summer months.

Many seniors in our area are living in homes with little to no air conditioning and are at serious risk during Oklahoma’s extreme summer heat. We are asking for donations of box fans and cases of bottled water to help keep them safe and hydrated.

Donations can be dropped off at:
Hope Home Medical Supply Warehouse
108 NW 10th St Stigler, OK 74462
(Located behind Shearwood Chiropractic on the west side of town)

In addition, the Oklahoma Blood Institute (OBI) will have their bloodmobile stationed in front of Hope Home Medical Supply during the event. Community members are encouraged to donate blood if able—one donation can save multiple lives.

To help kick off the drive:

* Hope Home Medical Supply will be donating 20 cases of water and 10 box fans
* Stigler Primary Care Clinic will also be donating 20 cases of water and 10 box fans

Let’s come together as a community to protect and care for our seniors during the hottest months of the year. Every donation makes a difference.

It's that time of the year - It's time for our Annual Fundraiser for the Stigler VFW and Stigler American Legion. We'll be cooking Burgers, Hotdogs and Pork Chops - ANY US Veteran eats for FREE - Anyone can enjoy the lunch, we only ask for donations as 100% of all Donated monies will go to our Local VFW (Post 4446) and American Legion (Post 22). 2025 Veterans Fishing Trip - Sponsored by Hope Home Medical Supply and Stigler Primary Care Clinic. This is our annual Striper fishing trip. In past years I opened it up to any Veteran that wanted to go - I got tired of the Vet(s) cancelling the day before, day of or simply not showing up, leaving empty seats on the boat. This year Dorothy Scott and I decided to invite family members only and it was a great decision as I got to take Grand Kids on their first Striper trip and they had a blast. Because of all of the rain we've gotten we had to fish below the dam, on the Red River - below Lake Texoma. I want to thank our guides, Stan (580-564-5648) and JC for putting us on the fish, both were very patient and understanding. Stan had Aaron Scott (Veteran) and his son, my Grandson, Wyatt "Clevon" Scott. He also had Jeremy Scott (Veteran) and his son, my Grandson, Reese "Piecee" Scott and on the first day of fishing they had their little sister, our youngest daughter, Leah "Bug" Scott. She refused to do the 2nd day of fishing - she doesn't have the fishing fever that we do. JC had the 2nd boat with my-self (Veteran) and my Grandson, Caiden "CayDon" Keating, my nephew Jeffery Scott and his son, Dawson "Apu" Scott. We stayed at the West Bay Casino Cabins in Kingston, OK - if you have a large gathering they have 5 bedroom/5 bathroom cabins and give military discounts. The cabins are super nice, stocked with everything you need (except food) and are located a few minutes away from the lake. They give all adults a $25.00 voucher at the Casino - it has a large swimming pool and a nice restaurant. Contact Kim by call or text at 580-564-5142.
