🚨 NEW OKLAHOMA LAW IN EFFECT 🚨

Marissa Murrow Act
Effective July 1

💙 Created in memory of Marissa Murrow, a UCO student whose life was tragically cut short by an impaired driver.

What Changed?
✅ Individuals serving alcohol at many event venues must obtain an Event Bartender License.
✅ Bartenders must complete in-person responsible beverage service training.
✅ Training focuses on recognizing intoxication, preventing over-service, and promoting safe transportation options.

Why It Matters
🚗 Helps prevent impaired driving
🤝 Promotes responsible alcohol service
🛡️ Increases safety at weddings, receptions, and special events
❤️ Honors Marissa's legacy by working to prevent future tragedies
