You are made new in Christ…so why are you still claiming pieces of the old you???

❌ It’s no longer your anxiety/depression.
❌ It’s no longer your high blood pressure of diabetes.
❌ It’s no longer your inability to focus or lack of energy.
❌It’s no longer your insomnia.
❌It’s no longer your poverty or lack of finances.
❌It’s no longer your sickness/illness.

SO STOP CLAIMING IT AND START CLAIMING YOUR PROMISES FROM GOD!

✅ Thank you, Lord, for my power, authority, and a sound mind! (2 Tim 1:7)
✅ Thank you, Lord, for the leaf thereof for medicine! (Eze 47:12)
✅ Thank you, Lord, for Your strength that worketh in me mightily! (Col 1:29)
✅ Thank you, Lord, for giving me rest! (Matt 11:28)
✅ Thank you, Lord, for supplying all my needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus! (Phil 4:19)
✅ Thank you, Lord, for blessing my food and water, and taking sickness away from me! (Exo 23:25)

✅ Environmental Factors:
• Stressful Life Events: juggling multiple responsibilities including caregiving, career challenges, and relationship changes.
• Social Support: Changes in social networks or lack of strong social support systems can impact mental well-being.
✅ Psychological Factors:

Chocolate can be part of your healthy lifestyle. 🍫 👏

Research shows that people who have a healthy relationship with chocolate and don’t consider it a guilty pleasure seem to have healthier eating behaviors.

They also have more success at maintaining their weight and feel that they have a higher quality of life. 🙌

There are many different kinds of chocolate to choose from including dark, milk, and white.

👉 Most of chocolate’s health benefits are linked to the dark kind. (Sorry milk and white chocolate lovers.)
