Alright, let’s set the tone like Grandma just slid a warm cup across the table and said, “Now sit down and take care of yourself first.”

SheDrinkTea Morning Ritual
“Tea was never meant to be rushed. It was meant to be felt.”

There is a quiet kind of power in how you begin your morning. Before the noise, before the demands—there is you, your breath, and your cup.

This is your moment.

How to Begin Your Morning Ritual

Step 1: Prepare Your Water
Bring your water to a gentle boil. Not rushed, not aggressive—just enough to wake it up. Just like you.

Step 2: Add Your Foundation (Green Tea or Ginger Base)
Choose your base:
• Green tea for clarity and light energy
• Fresh ginger for warmth and healing

Let it steep slowly. Good things don’t need to hurry.

Step 3: Add Fresh Lemon
Squeeze in fresh lemon. This is your cleanse—your fresh start in a cup.
A little sharp, a little bright… just like a new day should be.

Step 4: Sweeten with Honey
Drizzle in honey. Not too much—just enough to remind yourself that life is meant to be softened.

Step 5: Sit and Sip with Intention
Do not walk around. Do not scroll.
Sit down. Hold your cup with both hands if you can.
Take slow sips and allow your body to wake up gently.

Step 6: Create Your 5–15 Minute Pause
This is your SheDrinkTea moment.
• Breathe deeply
• Think of one thing you’re grateful for
• Set a soft intention for your day

No pressure. Just presence.

A Gentle Reminder
Your morning ritual is not about perfection.
It’s about consistency, care, and honoring yourself the way a grandmother would—patiently, lovingly, and without rush.

The Best Lychee Iced Tea

A sweet pause in a glass — SheDrinkTea style

There’s something soft and romantic about lychee tea. It doesn’t rush you. It lingers. This iced green tea is lightly floral, gently citrus-kissed, and sweetened the old-fashioned way—with honey and intention. It’s the kind of tea you pour when the day has been long and you deserve something pretty.

Ingredients
• 8 cups fresh water
• 10 green tea bags or 10 tablespoons loose-leaf green tea
• 1 cup honey (adjust to taste)
• 15 oz lychees in syrup (about 20 lychees)
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Juice of 1 lime
• Ice or frozen lychees (for chilling without watering down)
• Fresh mint (optional, but lovely)
• Lemon slices (optional garnish, because we’re fancy)

Directions
1. Bring the water just to a gentle boil, then remove from heat. Add the green tea and let it steep for 3–5 minutes. No bitterness allowed—this is a soft tea, not a scolding one.
2. Remove tea bags or strain loose leaves. While the tea is still warm, stir in the honey until fully dissolved.
3. Add the lychees along with a little of their syrup for natural sweetness and depth.
4. Squeeze in the lemon and lime juices, giving the tea a bright, refreshing lift.
5. Let the tea cool, then refrigerate until chilled.
6. Serve over ice or frozen lychees. Garnish with mint and lemon slices if you’re feeling extra graceful.

Dear Tea,
I love you.
Sometimes I just don’t need any motivational speech. Just a cup of strong ‘tea’ is enough to make me think that life is beautiful and I shouldn’t waste it by thinking about unnecessary people.

Great choice! 🍓🍊🍋 Fruit teas are a really broad and fun category—some are technically “true teas” (made with tea leaves plus fruit), while others are tisanes (herbal infusions without actual tea leaves).

A few directions we could explore together:
• Types of fruit teas: black, green, white, or rooibos bases with fruit, vs pure fruit blends.
• Popular flavors: berries, citrus, tropical fruits, stone fruits, etc.
• Health aspects: caffeine-free options, antioxidants, hydration benefits.
• Brewing tips: hot vs iced, sweetened vs unsweetened, blending at home.
• Cultural angles: fruit teas in East Asia, Europe, and modern café trends.

Strawberry Mint Green Tea
• Base: 2 tsp green tea
• Add: sliced fresh strawberries + a few mint leaves
• Brew hot, then chill with ice.

Light, cooling, perfect for summer.❤️🍋
