I’m grateful and filled to continue my mission for psychologically safe and healthy productivity at work. I’ve started a new chapter with Active Minds as their inaugural VP, People and Culture!

This past week, I got to see the work firsthand at Hill Day in DC and watch the how the team and our partners advocate directly for youth mental health on Capitol Hill.

Across my work, I’ve intentionally interwoven how optimal mental health helps us produce our best work, and I’m glad I get to do that with a team that is catalyzing this for the future of work.

This is a reminder that you get to fulfill everything that you are, do everything you are designed to do, and be all parts of you, all at once. Nothing can misalign you from your path if you trust the process. Let God do His thing - Go be great!

On Wednesdays, we wear green! Happy Birthday to my sis who is unequivocally the life of the party.

We’ve been celebrating all week and she’s let us know this year green is her color, and we know better than to fight her on that or expect anything less than St Patrick’s day everyday 😂
