Ladies — a heart attack does not have to knock you to the floor to be an emergency.
Chest pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain are still the most common warning signs. But the discomfort can also show up in your arms, your neck, your back, your jaw, even your stomach. You may feel short of breath, nauseous, light-headed, unusually tired, or break out in a cold sweat.
And sometimes these symptoms start slow, or they come and go. That does not mean ignore them.
If you think you could be having a heart attack, call 911. Do not wait it out, and do not drive yourself.
Save this video and share it with a woman you love — she deserves to know her warning signs too.
