A cherished friend has returned to the Hudson Valley after some time away and I played enthusiastic re-acclimation tour guide in New Paltz ā€” during which I was yet again reminded that I am incapable of walking out of without a purchase. šŸ¤©šŸ¤£

Adding my first oracle deck alongside my growing collection of tarot decks!

Also, itā€™s super fun to view our familiar places through someone elseā€™s eyes. It helps keep me grounded in how much I love it here. Highly recommend!

Updated my Psychology Today profile with a new intro video. This is such a painful process because I donā€™t like to be in front of the camera. But I also believe that good fit and personal connection is at the very core of the magic weā€™re creating.

So here I am, being brave, and saying hello!! āœØ

Iā€™m often asked what coaching sessions are like and I often reply ā€œitā€™s a lot of talkingā€. Sometimes, though, itā€™s also talking with cool cards!

Today included a wonderful values exploration in the form of a card sort. Definitely one of my favorite ways to dig deeper.

The work of wellbeing is inherently political. And so while I kept the client appointments that had already been set for today, 100% of that revenue went to .

One thing Iā€™ve found is a daily workout goal doesnā€™tā€¦workoutā€¦for me. (šŸ™„šŸ˜‚) Itā€™s too easy to get into ā€œall or nothingā€ thinking, my schedule has some irregularity to it, and rigidity is antithetical to the Aquarian in me.

Instead I have a weekly movement goal (currently 4hrs per week) that allows me to meet myself where Iā€™m at. It also means that sometimes itā€™s a lifting session at the gymā€¦and other days itā€™s a glorious walk under the wintery sun.

What works for you when it comes to ā€œworking outā€?
