Competitive Compensation & Market Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000 – $105,000/year (highly competitive local market rate scaled to your years of experience).
Financial Incentives: $500 Sign-on bonus
Continuing Education: Up to $1,000 annually for approved CEU courses

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat diverse orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related injuries across all age groups.
Design customized, evidence-based care plans blending manual therapy, corrective exercise, and functional training.
Deliver exceptional patient education to motivate compliance, prevent reinjury, and ensure successful discharge outcomes.
Collaborate closely with prominent North Shore orthopedic groups and local referring physicians.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
Experience: Open to new graduates (with strong outpatient clinical rotations) as well as experienced clinicians (1–5 years out of school).
Licensure: Active New York State Physical Therapist license, or a valid New York limited permit (for pending test-takers).
Attributes: Strong clinical reasoning, a team-first attitude, and a desire to continuously improve your manual and therapeutic skills.
