Done how I missed that yesterday was 🤗
If you know me, you know the kitchens is not where my calling is.
( like seriously, if a recipe calls for more than 5 ingredients or heaven forbid one I can’t pronounce, forget it, I’m not even going to try)
So naturally I would have the child who loves baking so much so she always dreams up the most beautiful birthday cakes 🤷🏼‍♀️
Luckily, some how, my cousin managed to get the baking gene!
So today is a quick throwback to this awesome birthday cake she created last week for Atti’s birthday!

On the outside, you might think I’m pretty outgoing and a little silly, but just below the surface you might be surprised to discover I’m actually a pretty big introvert!
My friends that know me best, always laugh when I say this because I’m always the first to volunteer for things and you’ll always find my husband and I being the life of the parties 🤷🏼‍♀️...truth is, we just like to dance.

But really, it’s true...and you wanna know a secret? I think it makes me a better life coach because I truly believe I can connect on a different level with people.
Because I can relate.
I too used to feel like I wasn’t good enough.
Guys, I used to get bullied by a baritone player on the band bus, so much to the fact that my mom went to every away football game just to drive me home. 🤷🏼‍♀️😳
But what I’ve learned is just because there were some people laughing at me, others were laughing with me.
And those are the people I leaned into and continue to lean on for love and support.

2 years ago, when I stepped off the plane in Nashville I had huge butterflies.
This girl, I knew from a past life, I had not seen in years, and I was nervous for her to officially introduce me to this nee world.
I felt uneasy, I mean, I like to be in control so the fact I was letting her steer the wheel that weekend scared the 💩 out of me....(funny bc since that weekend we start texting every morning by 6 am and she basically manages my life 🤪🤪🤪)
But here we are, 3 years later, besties, babes, business partners, and totally rocking this biz ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Feeling so super humbled right now.
Not only is it sunny and 75 in LA, I’m surrounded by the most inspiring people ever.

Last night we had cocktail hour with some of the top people in the organization and I’m so excited to bring some of these amazing ideas back to my team and future team!

I’ve said it for 6 weeks now, but my word for 2018 is growth and that’s exactly what I’m going.

Growing my mind, my heart, my team my business my soul....and my muscles 🤪🤷🏼‍♀️😆💪🏼

Life is funny.
We all view things just a tad different.
I mean the way I see life is different then the life you see it.

It's also amazing to me how we always think we know what we want out of life but then when we sit back and think hard, we realize, what we've been doing, definitely is NOT what we always wanted.

Lets do a fun little exercise. Close you eyes and think for a second. Go back to when you were a little girl.
Step back into that 5 year old mind.
Imagine yourself 30 years later...remember you are only 5. Are you doing when you thought you'd be doing?

Are you truly living out your purpose?

Wanna know something crazy, I can honestly say when I was 5 I never thought I was going to be a health and fitness coach and doing hair. But I CAN tell you, I did want to do hair, and I did want to help women.

I also, can say I NEVER wanted to be a SAHM. I still don't. It's just not my jam. But I DID want to be a mom and I just always imagined myself being able to volunteer at my kids school or be able to play with them throughout the day. I guess I imaged myself working a job that wasn't real life. Or is it?

So now I want you to be honest with yourself, is there a piece of you that has been striving to do just a little bit more with your life? Are you going through the motions daily but just wish you could be making some kind of an impact? Maybe you just have the desire to travel but the extra income isn't there. All these *things* can become a reality, and I'm here to help.
