I remember in a conversation with God one day, He told me in most instances you want to do the opposite of what health experts tell you…. I went on a journey of researching some of the most common “health recommendations”…
-Reduce salt
-Drink milk
-Avoid fats (butter, coconut oil, etc)
-Avoid eggs
-Avoid red meat
-Reduce fruits
-Avoid the sun & load up on SPF
These are some of the WORST things you can do for your health…
But don’t take my word for it… research it yourself as I did. You’ll be shocked to see just how much you’ve been lied to your whole life.
Be careful to just believe everything you hear in the health space.
