Recently we had our Mom’s Night Out Event at the AMAZING Grange Valley Winery! 🍷 Thank you to all that attended and our perinatal psychotherapist-Taylor Liggins, LCPC, NCC, PMH-C, pelvic floor therapist- Michelle Maio, OTR/L, PCES, NASM-CPT, and Mommy and me workout instructor FitPlay We are looking forward to more events like this, if you weren’t able to attend we hope to see you at the next one!

This World Breastfeeding Week, we’re celebrating every family and every feeding journey.

At Everlight Collective, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside parents through those first feeds, middle of the night pumps, latch challenges, weaning, unexpected changes in plans, and all the emotions that can come with feeding a baby.

Our community is here to provide evidence-based care, compassionate support, and a space where you can ask questions, share your experiences, and know you’re never alone.

We’re bringing you a Moms’ Night Out, and I truly can’t think of a better place to gather. Motherhood asks so much of us, and sometimes what we need most is a few hours to laugh, connect, and remember who we are outside of our to-do lists.

Have you ever noticed that the hardest parts of motherhood never show up on the receipt?

It’s remembering the doctor’s appointment, packing the daycare bag, knowing everyone’s favorite snacks, buying the birthday gift, scheduling the playdate, noticing the shoes no longer fit, researching sleep regressions, and carrying the emotional weight of your family all while trying to remember yourself.

The mental load is *free* with motherhood.

But it often comes at the cost of your peace, your energy, your relationships, and your mental health.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you’re carrying more than anyone realizes, you’re not failing you’ve been carrying an invisible load for far too long.

At Everlight Collective, we believe support shouldn’t begin only after burnout. Whether you’re looking for therapy, pelvic floor therapy, support groups, movement, or a community that truly understands, you don’t have to carry it all alone.
