Thai Massage is the real deal… & guess what?! I just ordered my first official Thai Massage floor mat!!! Very excited to begin sharing more of this with clients who are open to the MAGIC of O.G. Thai Massage practiced on the floor… There’s nothing else quite like it. Going to Gainesville again soon to acquire more CE credits in this ancient art and study with my teacher… can’t wait.

Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on the 27th… The liminal, subconscious realm is where the power of this eclipse will be felt, forcing our souls onto its path of higher trajectory… tearing down what is no longer serving its purpose on that path… even if it means letting go of old attachments, people, identities, places and patterns. The old ways have served its purpose, taught the lesson. The sometimes painful and sickening realizations become the necessary jolt we need to truly clear the space in order for our higher self to step into its destiny. Let it go……. Bodywork is one of the more powerful ways to let things go, on a visceral, somatic, bodily level.

My longtime clients 75 y/o mom (who has been teaching massage therapy in Australia for 15+ years) visits from Australia and spends an entire hour teaching me new massage techniques…. Scapula release, Illiacus release, Diaphragm release and other HIGH quality massage techniques… (NOT from America… which makes these techniques way more intelligent). Wow…🤯 is an understatement to how I constantly feel these days, I sware. I am SOOO excited about trying out these new techniques on my clients!
