Jennifer Schaefer, C.Ht. Jennifer guides you to deep healing and transformation on a core level. She specializes in addiction

I have studied Hypnosis and Functional Nutrition with Reflex Analysis. Using these as guides I have created a transformational approach to physical and mental wellness. Your blocks or physical/emotional imbalances are often beyond what you know. I use reflexology, intuitive connection, energy work and hypnosis to discover the core of these blocks so that they can easily be released.

At the heart of my work is the belief that people are far more powerful than they have been taught to believe. I do not see myself as someone who “heals” others. I believe each person has the ability to become their own healer. My role is to act as a guide, helping people reconnect to their intuition, awareness, joy, and alignment so they can come back home to themselves.

My approach is deeply human and intuitive. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be seen, supported enough to soften, and empowered enough to trust themselves again. Everything I do is rooted in connection, compassion, presence, and helping people remember who they truly are beneath the noise of the world.

Thank you and all those that threw my name into the hat!

The past few weeks here in Thailand, I got to studying with Barbara O’Neill which was a highlight and a beautiful reminder that true wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. 🌿

Completing her course opened my eyes to even more “common sense” approaches to longevity, healing, and nourishing the body in simple, sustainable ways. Sometimes the most powerful shifts are the ones that bring us back to the basics ~ hydration, sunlight, movement, rest, whole foods, and learning to truly listen to the body.

Beyond the teachings, I’ve met some incredible people and formed such meaningful new friendships along the way. There’s something so special about being surrounded by others who are passionate about healing, growth, and living more intentionally.

I’m leaving this experience feeling inspired, grounded, and excited to spend the next month putting Barbara’s “sustain me” principles into action in my own life even more deeply.

Forever a student of healing, growth, and God’s design for the body. ✨

Join me on September 12th at Sacred Space for a deeply immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

Space is limited for an intimate and personalized experience.

If you’ve joined me before, this will be an entirely new experience with deeper teachings, expanded techniques, and powerful new tools. And for those who are brand new, you’ll be guided with ease while learning transformative practices you can begin using right away.

Right now, MORE THAN EVER, it is important to understand the language of the body — the feedback, the signals, the emotions, the warnings and the subtle ways our body communicates truth to us.

What is truly aligned for you?
What is fear?
What is conditioning and manipulation?
What nourishes the body… and what depletes it?

This workshop is about learning discernment, connection, regulation, and coming back into relationship with yourself on a deeper level.

I cannot wait to share this space with you.

There are moments when life speaks in symbols so quietly, yet so clearly you feel it in your soul.

For over a year, I’ve worn my Tridatu bracelet, red, black, and white, a sacred thread of protection, balance, and alignment. It held me through chapters of growth, grounding me through experiences both seen and unseen.

And then it fell off.

Not broken. Not forced. Just released.

In Balinese tradition, the Tridatu represents the harmony of creation, preservation, and transformation, the dance of life itself. When it leaves you, it’s often said that its purpose has been fulfilled. The energy has completed its cycle. The protection has done its work.

And now a new chapter begins.

As I prepare to travel to Thailand this month, stepping into sacred spaces, sharing time and wisdom with Barbara O’Neill, and sitting in the stillness of morning meditation with local monks, I can feel the shift already unfolding.

This isn’t an ending.
It’s an initiation.

A shedding.
A soft opening into something deeper, more aligned, more true.

The bracelet didn’t fall off by accident.
It knew.

And so do I.

✨🙏🏼

Here’s a simple practice to step into your own release and renewal:

1. Reflect
What in your life feels complete or fully lived

2. Honor
Place a hand on your heart and quietly thank it for what it gave you

3. Release
Ask yourself, what am I ready to let go of
Write it down and tear or burn the paper

4. Receive
What is calling me next
Sit with it, without needing all the answers

5. Breathe it in
Take three slow breaths
Inhale trust, exhale control

You don’t need a sign to begin again
But when one appears, it’s worth listening ✨

Safety.
Not physical safety — but the deep, cellular kind. The kind that lives in your nervous system, your relationships, your sense of self as you move through the world.

Today, every session circled back to the same root, fear of being unsafe. In their environments. In their relationships. In their own bodies.

Each person was living inside a story their emotional body had written, strong emotions pulling them out of their center, giving their power away to people, places, and things. The result? A central nervous system in haywire. Disconnected from truth. Disconnected from self.

Through meditation, journaling prompts, and mirror work, we began the work of coming home.

Because here’s what I know to be true:
We all carry insecurities that whisper you are not safe. But safety isn’t something the world gives you, it’s something you cultivate within yourself. It lives in your integrity. In your willingness to get still, get honest, and stop handing your power to the judgment of others.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned: no matter how intentionally I walk through this life, hard things will still happen. Pain doesn’t bypass you because you’re in joy or on a strong foundation. The world moves around us — always.

But when I am rooted in the safety of my own heart and body, my nervous system can regulate. I stop being afraid to feel happiness, love, joy AND I stop waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Because it might. And I’ll be okay anyway.
So I choose now to place my energy on what is uplifting in each moment, in each breath, in each session.

This is the work. And it is holy. 🤍

Honoring Mother Earth 🌿

Step outside for a few quiet moments today, close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths, in through your nose, out through your mouth.

Let your senses soften, listen to the rhythm of nature, the birds, the wind, the subtle whispers of leaves beneath your feet, water moving, life breathing all around you.

Gently ask,Mother Earth, you’ve shown me beauty, strength, and resilience, what may I offer you?

With your eyes still closed, trust what comes, don’t question it, don’t judge it.Maybe you see flowers, a golden light, an animal, a blanket, something simple, something symbolic.

Whatever appears, offer it, give it back to her with gratitude.

Say thank you, feel your heart expand.

We are held, fed, and nourished by the earth beneath us, today is her day to be honored.

✨ What did you see, and what did you offer her, share below 🤍

This is how I’m going to leaving my 40s…. with grace.

Not because it was easy, but because it was everything!

The past ten years stretched me, humbled me, built me. I raised two children on my own. I built, expanded, and stepped into visions I never even knew existed for me. There were sacrifices, moments of doubt, and chapters that didn’t go the way I thought they would… but somehow, every piece became part of something meaningful.

At first, I found myself drifting toward regret as I was reflecting on the last 10 yrs - the “I should have,” the “I wish I did.” But I see that now for what it is… the mind trying to hold onto what’s already complete.

When I shifted into gratitude, everything changed.

I can feel it in my body, my heart expanding, a deep sense of fullness, of peace. Gratitude for what was. Gratitude for what is. Gratitude even for what didn’t stay.

Because it all shaped me.

I look back at my 40s and see a woman who kept going. Who built a life brick by brick. Who loved deeply. Who showed her children what resilience looks like. And when they say they’re proud of me… that is the greatest accomplishment of all.

Soon, when I step into my 50s, I’ll feel something even deeper - a release.

Like holding onto balloons that once felt so important… and finally opening my hand. Watching them float away. The past, the pain, the old stories, getting smaller and lighter as they drift out of view.

And what’s left is space.

Space for joy.
Space for possibility.
Space for what I could never have planned.

Because if my 40s taught me anything, it’s this: Life will surprise you in the most beautiful ways when you stay open.

No expectations. Just trust.

Here’s to the next chapter, to expansion, to freedom, to deeper love, and to continuing to grow in ways I can’t yet imagine.

50 feels like becoming and if you’re on this journey with me, I hope you find this within your heart!

One of my favorite moments was working with a client who came to me carrying deep abandonment wounds, yet he couldn’t understand why.

He had what many would call the “perfect” upbringing. His parents were still together. His family looked whole from the outside. And yet inside, he lived with a constant anxiety that love could disappear at any moment.

As I worked through his body using my ESP method, emotionally, spiritually, physically, I began muscle testing through his organs. One of them held a clear imprint of abandonment.

When I asked his body when this pattern began, it responded: age five.

He immediately said, “That doesn’t make sense. That never happened.”

But the body doesn’t create stories. It stores truth.

So I gently reflected back what I was receiving:
“Somewhere around five years old, you were separated from your parents in a way that your body experienced as being left.”

He left the session confused.

A few hours later, he called me from the beach.

A memory had surfaced.

His parents had been remodeling their home. During that time, he had been sent to live with his older sister for a few months while his parents stayed elsewhere.

To the adult mind, it was practical.
To the five-year-old body, it was abandonment.

He felt the emotion fully for the first time and released it.

There was so much freedom in that moment. A soft unraveling of something he didn’t even know he was holding.

He originally came to me wanting to find love.

Within six months, he met the love of his life.
Today, he is married with two children.

Where Love Becomes Safe Again…

Working with couples is one of the spaces I love…

Because what most people think are communication issues are actually deeper misalignments within three layers:
- Emotional
- Spiritual
- Physical

I guide couples through what I call the ESP framework

Physical connection is often misunderstood
It is not just intimacy it is safety:
•Do you feel supported in real tangible ways?
•If something goes wrong do you trust your partner will show up?

Emotional connection asks something deeper:
•Can your partner hold your feelings without making them about themselves?
•Can they listen without trying to fix?
•Can you be fully expressed without being shut down?

Spiritual connection is the unseen thread of
vulnerability, trust and true intimacy. It is where you feel deeply met in your invisible strings.

When couples begin to see their relationship through these three layers something shifts!

It stops being about who is hurting more
It stops being a competition of pain

Instead it becomes a shared language of understanding

I have witnessed couples soften toward each other in ways they never thought possible
~ Walls come down
~ Defenses dissolve

And love, REAL grounded safe love, has space to return 🫶

Let this be a sacred pause. Meditate, journal and/or ponder these questions as an invitation back to your inner light, love and wisdom.

1.
What part of my inner world is being awakened by what I am seeing right now and what is it asking me to finally feel acknowledge or heal?

2.
If the world feels loud unsafe or overwhelming what within me learned to protect itself through anger, fear or control and what does that part truly need now?

3.
When life applies pressure and strong emotion rises what wisdom or unresolved pain is surfacing and how might this moment be inviting me into deeper self trust compassion and healing?
