1. What version of me keeps showing up automatically?

2. What identity am I unconsciously protecting?

6. What emotion do I avoid that’s keeping me stuck?

7. What habits reinforce the identity I’m trying to outgrow?

Stress isn’t always about how heavy something is.Sometimes it’s about how long you’ve been carrying it.

If I hold up a glass of water, whether it’s 4 ounces or 10, it doesn’t feel like much at first.But hold it for an hour? A day? A week?Eventually, the strain sets in.

That’s how stress works.

The problem isn’t always the weight.It’s the lack of release.

And endurance is not the same thing as resilience.

Real resilience looks like:

• Pausing on purposeEven 30 seconds to breathe deeply, stretch, step outside, or reset your energy can help regulate your nervous system.

• Putting the glass down regularlyDon’t wait until burnout becomes your breaking point. Schedule moments of rest the same way you schedule responsibilities.

• Carrying yourself with careYou are not weak for needing rest. You are wise enough to know that your nervous system was never designed to stay in survival mode forever.

The stronger you become, the more intentional you have to be about when you set the weight down.

You do not need to carry everything all the time.You just need to learn how to carry yourself with compassion while you move through it.
