Meet Alexandria!

Every once in a while, someone comes along who fits so naturally that it feels like they’ve been part of the team all along. That’s Alexandria. She has the same warmth, positivity, exceptional skill, and genuine desire to go above and beyond for every single person who walks through our doors that defines our team.

From day one, she just got us. Our approach, our standards, our slightly obsessive need to make every massage incredible 😂, and most importantly, how much we genuinely care about our clients.

It feels less like we added someone new and more like someone who belonged here finally showed up. ❤️

We couldn’t be more excited to finally introduce her. Welcome to the Dream Team, Alexandria!

📣Client Feedback Sessions Are Open and these won't last!

At Sudbury Massage, we believe excellence isn’t achieved through licensure alone. Every therapist, regardless of previous experience, completes an extensive, multi-week training and refinement process. It’s one of the many ways we ensure every client receives the consistently exceptional experience we’re known for.

Did you know? Every therapist on our team can massage the same person 20 different ways depending on what they’re looking for! Pressure, pace, communication, focus areas, and techniques are never one-size-fits-all.

As the final step in our onboarding process, each therapist completes a series of Client Feedback Sessions.

By this stage, they’re already massaging at the level our clients have come to expect from Sudbury Massage. These sessions simply refine the communication that allows us to understand exactly what YOU want, so every massage can be tailored specifically to you.

Because these sessions rely on your active participation and feedback, we’re offering them at a special rate. In return, we ask just three things:

✨Be vocal during your session. If you’d like more or less pressure, a different pace, or anything adjusted, tell us in the moment. We know it isn’t always easy to speak up when you’re the one on the table. That’s exactly why we love Feedback Sessions—they help clients discover that even the smallest adjustments can completely transform a massage.

✨ Have an honest conversation with Christy afterward. We’d love to hear what you loved, what stood out, and any suggestions you have as we continue refining the Sudbury Massage experience.

✨ Leave us a Google review. If you loved your session, we’d be so grateful if you’d share your experience with an honest Google review.

Calling all athletes and parents of athletes—don’t miss this even!

Cove Wellness is bringing together leaders in sport psychology and athlete development—and that’s not something to take lightly. These are the people helping shape how athletes grow—not just in performance, but in confidence, resilience, and identity.

As both a therapist and a parent of athletes, she knows how much this matters. The mental side of sports is often the missing piece, and having access to this level of insight, in an intimate setting, is incredibly valuable.

This evening is about:
• Understanding what actually helps kids thrive in sports
• Learning how to support them through pressure, mistakes, and self-doubt
• Connecting with other parents who are in it too

And honestly, getting to sit in a room and learn from these experts is something I’m really looking forward to.

Plus, there’s a book signing and time to connect after.
