Your child’s got behavior goals & a plan for how to meet them. You probably also have parent goals as a part of that plan, but let’s talk about how you’re dealing with your thoughts about getting them done along the way.

❤️ let’s consider what’s super important you - what’s the first word that pops in your head when you think about what kind of parent you want to be?
🧡 let’s notice the judgements you keep placing on yourself - what do you feel when instead of pushing back against them you just look at them?
💛 let’s push back against the bubbles that we have been hanging out inside for too long - what words do you describe yourself with that maybe aren’t applicable anymore?
