I just completed a 60 reboot/fast. It felt amazing and little hungry but I made it through.

6 pounds gone!! I never want to be that 220 pound person again. I fell off the wagon but I am back on track!!

To my family and friends who are also there doe me!! This life changing not a diet.

Time to get to my goal weight by March!!

I have not posted on my page in awhile, time to motivate myself and others. 

Sitting in the car waiting for my mother-in-law to get a few tests done keep her in your prayers. 

I was hungry so instead driving through McDonald’s I decided to go to sprouts and get me some fruit to hold off until lunchtime. 

Baby steps every day!! Tonight is AMP

I have not posted in awhile I can say that covid ruined my workout and diet schedule but that’s no excuse.

The scale shows but I promised myself today that I refuse to go back to that old 220 pound person!!

There are so many ways to workout at home so here I am today starting over!! Am I mad at myself yup but can’t get discouraged.

1 hour of strength and conditioning in my garage!!

I will be so glad when I can get back to lifetime!! It truly is my happy place.

Good Morning
Hope everyone is safe and staying home. I am enjoying my work from home.

I have worked out every day thanks to Shea and the park. FaceTime workouts are not as fun but it will do for now.

It’s been awhile since I have posted ok here. I hope everyone is staying safe. I am on week 2 working from home and loving it.

I hope everyone is eating healthy and exercising, I been running and doing Shea classes via Facebook live.

Remember to stay safe but most of all keep moving. I decided to look alive today and get dressed. Lol

It’s been awhile since I posted!! Work has been crazy but my diet on the other hand has not been good!!
Sometimes we have ups and downs but I continue to look how far I have come!!

Just a note to self: continue on your journey no matter what the obstacle is.
