Teaching the young athletes the way to prep for those long academic AND athletic training days can really boost their confidence! Setting the tone for the week so that they aren’t searching for high protein snacks/meals after those tough workouts 😮💨 grab and go is a staple for my son now that his days are longer ✅⛽️
Should we add (dairy free) breakfast burritos to the menu with a side of sugar and preservative free salsa !??? Let me know something 👀🔥
