A little bittersweet, but after a lot of consideration, I have decided to close our Sullivan office location.
When we first opened the office, it served an important purpose for our team and our growth. For nearly four years, I maintained homes in both Sullivan and Poplar Bluff so I could support our employees, clients, and the growth of the company. Last fall, I made the decision to return home full-time to Poplar Bluff, and it became clear that maintaining an office in Sullivan no longer made sense for our team or our future.
As our company has evolved, so has our workforce. What started as a Missouri-based business has grown beyond state lines, and we are now proud to have employees working from multiple states across the country.
Over the last several months, we’ve seen firsthand that our team can successfully collaborate, support our clients, and continue growing while working remotely. Because of that, Innovative RCM will be operating as a fully remote company for the time being.
While it’s never easy to close a chapter, I’m incredibly grateful for the role Sullivan played in our journey. The office, the people, the memories, and the opportunities all helped shape Innovative RCM into what it is today.
This isn’t a step backward—it’s simply the next phase of our growth. We look forward to opening a new corporate office in Poplar Bluff in the future and continuing to build something special.
