It’s time I officially introduced myself.

My name is Raydon McCormack, founder of ACRX—Advanced Crisis Response eXperts.

I created ACRX because I believe the world is too unpredictable to go through life unprepared. When an emergency happens, people shouldn’t be left wondering what to do or wishing they had prepared sooner.

Through my military service, emergency medical training and experience helping people build practical readiness, I saw a real need for something beyond a standard certification class. Organizations need a partner that can identify their vulnerabilities, train their people, provide dependable equipment and help them sustain readiness over time.

That is what ACRX is being built to provide.

We help businesses, churches, schools, government organizations and families prepare through:

• Emergency Readiness Assessments and planning
• CPR, First Aid and bleeding-control training
• Workplace and active-threat preparedness
• First-aid kits, trauma equipment and emergency supplies
• Ongoing readiness support and program development

This is only the beginning. My long-term vision is to build ACRX into a nationally trusted, full-service readiness organization capable of helping people prepare for the moments when preparation matters most.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this mission so far. I’m proud to finally put my face behind the company and formally introduce both myself and ACRX.

Today I’m meeting with businesses to talk about one question that matters more than most people realize:

At ACRX, we help organizations identify gaps before they become real problems. That means looking at employee training, first aid readiness, emergency plans, equipment, and how well your people can respond when seconds matter.

A lot of businesses are protected financially, digitally, and operationally — but emergency readiness often gets overlooked until something happens.

That’s what I’m working to change.

Proud to have recently worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Cooper Lake to strengthen their emergency medical readiness.

As part of the project, I evaluated and updated their existing first aid program, replaced and upgraded essential medical supplies, and helped improve how those resources are organized and maintained.

We also added six new mobile IFAKs to give personnel immediate access to critical trauma supplies while working throughout the property and away from fixed first aid stations.

Emergency readiness isn’t just about having supplies on a shelf—it’s about making sure the right equipment is available, accessible, and ready when seconds matter.

This is exactly what ACRX is built to do: Assess. Train. Sustain.
