I am clearly not a doctor 🤣 and this is not my chart but all the research I did, brought up similar results.

Another way to look at this is, you should be drinking half your body weight in ounces!

Comment or message me if you have any questions!! Remember if you have a climate control you need to seal it with some kind of lotion! I personally use nangai oil to seal mine! But you can also use the daytime and evening moisturizers or even Foundation or CCTM!
