October is breast cancer awareness month. Don’t forget your annual breast cancer screening! Here’s an easy opportunity if you don’t have something on the books!

🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month—a reminder to make time for your breast health.

WVU Medicine Summersville Regional Medical Center and WVU Medicine Braxton County Memorial Hospital are offering Walk-In Wednesday screening mammograms throughout October.

No appointment is needed. Stop by either hospital every Wednesday during these hours:
• 9–11 a.m.
• 1–4 p.m.

*Your most recent mammogram must have been more than one year ago. Walk-in screening mammograms are for patients who are not experiencing breast symptoms.

*If you have a breast lump, breast pain, ni**le discharge, or other breast concerns, contact your healthcare provider for evaluation.
