KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids.

KidStrong is Athletic Play—a new kind of activity for kids ages 1-11 that builds confidence, character and family connection through science-based fitness games led by expert coaches. Our program is designed with the whole child in mind, focusing on three key pillars: Character, Physical and Cognitive development. We teach kids to believe in themselves, show parents their kid’s superpowers and help families grow together in moments of celebration and showing off.

Parkour is where kids attempt to get from point A to B as fast and efficiently as possible using only themselves and features of the world around them. 🤾‍♀️
