Tonight at the Y @ 7:15, 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚 is teaching Total Body Strength.

This class offers something new each week. Some weeks we use steps, balls, bands, blocks, dumbbells, bars, kettlebells and even just body weight. Class always ends with a long mobility + stretch combo too so you leave feeling so good.

This week we had a request for a CIRCUIT and this one SO fun and creative. Come join us!

With a very heavy heart, we have decided to cancel Zoom classes until further notice. We have been having MULTIPLE technical difficulties with Zoom causing interference for not only the Zoom participants but also for the people in-person.

We have tried to fix the issues but it seems once we fix one issue, another one occurs slowing down classes and causing disruption all around. We will continue to work on the issue but until we reach a solution, we are cancelling Zoom classes.

Thank you all so much for supporting us these past 2 years! Some of you have attended classes multiple times per week faithfully and that is really what makes this so hard. We truly appreciate you and your support more than you know 💔❤️
