Late night prepping while everyone else in my house is asleep.

I tend not to move my body around enough when it asks me to, so I’m trying to be kinder and listen more often when it does. Even if it’s late and not super convenient.

Welp, here we go! 📦😢

It has been an absolute honor being based in Summerville, SC for these last 2 years but the time has come for our family to move away. This will ALWAYS be the place I started, and I will
look back on my time here with the fondest memories. I could not have imagined a more welcoming and supportive community to help me get this little dream business of mine off the ground. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I will sincerely miss you all and this little community we have here. ♥️

Stay tuned for more updates coming soon! (Basically, after we get through the craziness of moving with 2 small kiddos. 🫠) I will be starting virtual sessions once we get settled and I can’t wait to see some of you for those asap! If this is something you’d like to know more about at all, please reach out to me directly. I would be so happy to stay in contact and teaching via the interwebs.
