Dr.kassiedewittotd Helping women ditch the pads + pee leaks by teaching bladder habits + pelvic floor strength that actually work.

If I stopped having or***ms, I would immediately stop expecting my body to go from:

📧 Emails
🧺 Laundry
🚗 Carpool
💰 Bills
😵‍💫 Everyone needing something from me

…to feeling desire in 8.7 seconds.

That’s like expecting your crockpot dinner to be ready because you stared at it aggressively.

Your body needs time.

Time to feel safe.
Time to slow down.
Time to shift out of survival mode.

Because pleasure is not a light switch.
It’s a process.

And if your nervous system has been running a marathon all day, your body isn’t ignoring intimacy.

It’s asking for support.

The women having great s*x and or***ms as they age aren’t necessarily luckier.

They’ve learned how to reconnect with themselves.

I’m so very grateful to be able to make content about pelvic floor health.

Thank you for being here. It is an honor to teach you everything about how to stop p*eing in your pants, sleep through the night and have or***ms.

Also, to my husband….who knows more about v***ar and va**nal health than some OBs I have worked with, thank you for always celebrating me so hard. I couldn’t do any of this without you.

If you are new here, settle in. I have some things to teach you. I’m so happy you are here. ❤️

Love ,
Kassie, former urine leaker turned pelvic floor therapist 🔥

06/14/2026

I have a doctorate degree, no filter, and I used to p**p and p*e my pants.

No one will teach you about your pelvic floor like I do.

Not because I’m smarter.

Not because I have some magical exercise.

But because I lived it and I went way outside the box when I became a pelvic floor therapist.

At 19, I had a bladder prolapse and re**al prolapse.

I leaked urine.
I couldn’t trust my body.
I planned my life around bathrooms.
I was embarrassed.
I was frustrated.
And for a long time, I thought this was just my reality.

Then I learned something that changed everything:

Your body is not broken.
It is responding exactly how it has been trained, stressed, strengthened, hydrated, and supported.

Most women are told:
❌ Wear a pad
❌ Do more Kegels
❌ Drink less water
❌ Take medication
❌ “You’re getting older”

Meanwhile they’re still leaking when they laugh.
Still crossing their legs when they sneeze.
Still waking up three times a night.
Still mapping out every bathroom before leaving the house.

I teach differently.

We talk about your bladder.
Your bowels.
Your v***a.
Your hormones.
Your nervous system.
Your breathing.
Your habits.
Your strength.
Your mobility.

Because your pelvic floor does not live in a vacuum.

And when you finally address the entire system?

✨ You stop leaking on your walks.
✨ You stop wearing pads “just in case.”
✨ You sleep through the night.
✨ You stop panicking when you can’t find a bathroom.
✨ You trust your body again.
✨ You feel strong, confident, and in control.

That transformation is possible.

I’ve watched it happen thousands of times.

If you’re tired of managing symptoms and ready to actually understand why they’re happening…

✅Comment DRY and I’ll send you my pelvic floor masterclass. This is not let me show you another tip and trick. That doesn’t work. If you really want to stop leaking, you have to do something different.

🚫 Stop acting like your pleasure expired like a yogurt cup in the back of the fridge.

Women hit hormone shifts and suddenly everyone acts like intimacy is now a historical reenactment.

“Welp. Had a good run.” 🫡

Meanwhile your cl****is is over here doing the opposite of retiring…
IT GROWS WITH AGE.

Not shrivels.
Not disappears.
Not packs a suitcase and moves to Florida.

GROWS.

And yet women are out here believing:
✨ Desire is gone forever
✨ Pain is normal
✨ Orga$ms are just weaker now
✨ Dryness means your body is “done”

No ma’am.

Your body changed.
Which means the SUPPORT needs to change.

Because hormones impact:
⬇️ Blood flow
⬇️ Tissue health
⬇️ Sensation
⬇️ Muscle function
⬇️ Nervous system regulation

And if your nervous system is running around like a raccoon holding a lit firework…
your pelvic floor is not exactly entering “pleasure mode.”

We are not fixing this with:
🍷 one sad glass of wine
🧴 enough l**e to lubricate a slip n slide
🤸‍♀️ weird bedroom gymnastics from the internet

Your cl****is has over 10,000 nerve endings.
That tissue needs blood flow.
Movement.
Mobility.
Strength.
Relaxation.
A nervous system that is not actively setting itself on fire while dumping gasoline on the flames.

You know what fascinated me?

Women originally came to me for urine leakage…
…and started saying:
“Okay wait. I’m not leaking anymore BUT ALSO… my orga$ms came back.”

THAT sent me down a rabbit hole.

Because women would tell me:
“Sex is off the table now.”

And I’d think…
Girl you are 55. Not deceased.

We have GOT to stop acting like aging means intimacy gets put in a casket next to low rise jeans and cable TV.

Your tissue may need support.
Your muscles may need retraining.
Your nervous system may need help.

But your pleasure is not dead.

That’s exactly why I created The Orga$m Reset.

Ignoring your nervous system.

You’re out here running life like it’s a competitive sport…
heart racing, brain spiraling, coffee in one hand, chaos in the other…
and then wondering why your bladder is acting like a dramatic toddler in Target.

“It’s small.”
“It’s overactive.”

No.
She’s stressed.

You’ve got her living in fight or flight 24/7 and she’s like:
“Cool, we’re in danger… LET’S DUMP EVERYTHING.”

And now look at you:

Sp*ed walking to every bathroom like it’s an Olympic event
Hovering over toilets like your life depends on it
Planning your entire day around “just in case p*es”

You don’t trust your bladder.
Your bladder doesn’t trust you.

It’s a toxic relationship at this point.

And then hormones start shifting and now you’re like:
“Why am I irritated, leaking, AND ready to fight someone in the grocery store checkout line?”

Because your system is fried.

Your nervous system is wound tighter than those old school telephone cords
You know exactly what I’m talking about

And here’s the kicker:

Every time you panic and run to the bathroom…
you’re literally training your bladder to be more clingy.

More dramatic.
More demanding.

I don’t care how many exercises you’re doing…
If you don’t learn how to calm your system down, your bladder will run your life.

You will be at her beck and call like a full-time employee with no PTO.

This is one of the biggest pillars I teach inside my framework
and exactly why over 4,000 women have used this method
and 80% see major improvement in 6 weeks.

Not because they did more…
but because they finally taught their body how to chill.

✨Fun fact: this is me eating breakfast at my in-laws with headphones so they can watch the news. The news puts my nervous system into a tizzy. I have four kids…I refuse to be fussy all day long with my kids because I didn’t protect my energy. Figure it out sister, you will be so much happier.

🔥 Hills I will absolutely die on as a pelvic floor therapist who has no filter and used to p**p and p*e her pants 🔥

You not wanting to give up your coffee, alcohol, Diet Coke, sparkling water, energy drinks, and every other bladder irritant in your life?

Totally your choice.

But you don’t get to pour gasoline on a campfire and then tell me you’re confused why it’s still burning.

☕ Coffee can irritate the bladder.
🍷 Alcohol can irritate the bladder.
🥤 Carbonation can irritate the bladder.
⚡ Energy drinks can irritate the bladder.

And if you’re dealing with:
🚽 urgency
🚽 frequency
🚽 leaking urine
🚽 waking up all night to p*e
🚽 bladder pressure

…you have to at least acknowledge they might be contributing.

Now before everyone grabs their pitchforks:

I am not saying you can never have coffee again.

I drink coffee.

I enjoy a sparkling water.

I am saying that healing requires honesty.

You can’t tell me your bladder feels like a smoke detector going off every 37 seconds while simultaneously refusing to remove the batteries.

A healthy bladder is not built on:
❌ avoiding water
❌ surviving on caffeine
❌ drinking wine because “it helps me sleep”
❌ ignoring every habit that could be contributing

A healthy bladder is built on:
✅ hydration
✅ bladder-friendly habits
✅ nervous system regulation
✅ bowel health
✅ strength
✅ mobility
✅ consistency

The goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is figuring out what YOUR bladder is trying to tell you.

I’m not sure why everyone is so scared to tell you to knock it off. Do you want to stop leaking or not?

Because when I was p*eing my pants, p**ping my pants, waking up all night, and planning my entire life around bathrooms…

I would have done just about anything to get my freedom back.

Some hills are worth dying on.

This is one of them.

✅Comment DRY I will send you my pelvic floor masterclass.

I am not your generic “do more Kegels” pelvic floor therapist.

I used to p*e my pants.

I used to p**p my pants.

I had a bladder prolapse and re**al prolapse by 19 years old.

No or***ms…that was a doozy.

So when women tell me they’ve already done pelvic floor therapy and it didn’t work…

I immediately get curious.

Because what did they actually teach you?

Did they teach you:

✔️ How often you should p*e?
✔️ Why you’re waking up 2, 3, or 4 times a night?
✔️ How to calm urgency without sprinting to the bathroom?
✔️ Why your bladder is acting like a drama queen every time you pull into your driveway?
✔️ How hydration impacts leakage?
✔️ Why constipation can make bladder symptoms worse?
✔️ How your nervous system affects urgency, leakage, and intimacy?

Or did they hand you a sheet of exercises and wish you luck?

Because if all we’re doing is exercises while ignoring everything else…

That’s like building a house on a trampoline.

Sure, you can keep stacking bricks.

But don’t act surprised when the whole thing wobbles.

Your body is a system.

Not a pelvic floor.
Not a bladder.
Not a va**na.

A system.

That’s why inside my program we work on:
✨ Habits
✨ Hydration
✨ Nutrition
✨ Bowels
✨ Breathing
✨ Nervous system regulation
✨ Mobility
✨ Strength

Because leakage is never just an exercise problem.

It’s a system problem.

And when you finally start treating the system…

That’s when women stop leaking.

That’s when they sleep through the night.

That’s when they stop mapping every bathroom in Target.

And sometimes?

That’s when or***ms come back too.

Funny how that works.

❤️ Comment DRY if you’re ready for a different outcome. I will send you my free pelvic floor masterclass to get you started.

If you want to be intimate and have or***ms as you age, stop ignoring THIS.

And no…

I’m not talking about hormones.
I’m not talking about supplements.
I’m not even talking about your pelvic floor.

I’m talking about your nervous system.

Because your body cannot be in survival mode and pleasure mode at the same time.

You cannot spend 14 hours a day:
📱 Answering emails
🚗 Driving kids everywhere
🧺 Folding laundry
💰 Paying bills
😵‍💫 Worrying about everyone else’s needs

…and then expect your body to magically switch into intimacy mode because you climbed into bed.

That’s like expecting your car to go from 90 mph on the interstate to parked in the garage without ever touching the brakes.

Your body needs a transition.

Most women are walking around with a nervous system that has been red-lining for decades.

We’ve convinced ourselves stress is productive.

We’ve worn overwhelm like a badge of honor.

We’ve become so accustomed to feeling anxious, rushed, and responsible for everyone that calm feels uncomfortable.

Then we wonder why desire feels different.

Why arousal takes longer.

Why or***ms aren’t happening the way they used to.

Your body isn’t failing you.

Your body is asking for different support.

10 minutes.

That’s all I’m asking.

10 minutes a day where nobody needs anything from you.

A walk.
Breath work.
Journaling.
Stretching.
Sitting outside.
Listening to music without multitasking.

Anything that tells your nervous system:

“Hey girl, we’re safe now.”

Because intimacy starts long before the bedroom.

It starts with how you care for yourself the other 23 hours of the day.

If I stopped having or***ms, I would immediately start focusing on this…

Advice from a pelvic floor therapist who went from pain with intimacy, zero or***ms, p*eing her pants, p**ping her pants, and a prolapse before she could legally drink… to multiple or***ms.

And no, my first thought would not be:

❌ More supplements
❌ More Kegels
❌ More gadgets from the internet that promise to “awaken my feminine energy”

I would start with my nervous system and my v***a.

Because if your nervous system is running around like a raccoon that just drank three espressos and found your car keys…

your body is not exactly prioritizing pleasure.

Your body cannot be in:
🚨 “Did I pay that bill?”
🚨 “Why is there a wet towel on the floor?”
🚨 “Who touched the thermostat?”
🚨 “What is that smell?”

…and fully relaxed, present, and ready for intimacy at the exact same time.

Pleasure requires safety.

That means:
✨ Learning how to downshift your nervous system
✨ Spending a few minutes every day reconnecting with your body
✨ Breathing
✨ Walking
✨ Getting out of constant stress mode

And then there is your v***a.

Ladies, some of you know more about the maintenance schedule of your dishwasher than the tissue between your legs.

Your v***a deserves attention too. A lot of attention!

✔️ Know what your tissue looks like
✔️ Address dryness instead of suffering through it
✔️ Support tissue health during perimenopause and menopause
✔️ Stop scrubbing it like you’re trying to remove graffiti from a brick wall
✔️ Improve blood flow through movement and exercise

The cl****is relies on healthy blood flow.

The v***a relies on healthy tissue.

The nervous system helps create the environment for pleasure.

See the pattern?

Your or**sm is not broken.

Your body needs different support than it didn’t in your 20s.

🔥 Hills I will happily die on as a pelvic floor therapist 🔥

(Pack snacks. This hike is steep.)

1️⃣ Peeing “just in case” is creating the very problem you’re trying to avoid.

2️⃣ Drinking less water to leak less urine is like unplugging your smoke detector because you don’t like the sound.

3️⃣ More Kegels is not the answer to everything.
If it were, we would’ve solved urinary leakage decades ago.

4️⃣ Pads are a tool.
They are not treatment.

5️⃣ “You’re getting older” is an explanation.
It’s not a treatment plan.

6️⃣ Urgency, leakage, prolapse, constipation, pain with intimacy, and night waking are not random.
They’re clues.

7️⃣ You cannot out-exercise poor bladder habits.

8️⃣ Your pelvic floor is part of a system.
If we’re ignoring breathing, pressure management, bowels, hips, glutes, mobility, strength, hormones, hydration, and the nervous system, we’re missing the point.

9️⃣ Not all pelvic floor therapists are the same.

I know that’s controversial.

But if you’ve tried pelvic floor therapy and it didn’t help, that doesn’t automatically mean pelvic floor therapy doesn’t work.

Some therapists teach Kegels.

Some therapists teach exercises.

I teach women how to understand and manage the entire system.

🔟 I probably teach differently because I lived it.

I wasn’t the therapist sitting on the sidelines reading about leakage in a textbook.

I was the girl p*eing her pants.

I was the girl dealing with bowel issues.

I was diagnosed with bladder and re**al prolapse by 19.

I know what it feels like to be embarrassed, frustrated, and convinced your body is broken.

That’s exactly why I built the framework I wish someone had given me years earlier.

1️⃣1️⃣ My goal isn’t to help you for six weeks.

My goal is to help the version of you that’s 80 years old, traveling, exercising, sleeping through the night, laughing with friends, and not planning every outing around the nearest bathroom.

And yes…

I’ll die on every single one of these hills. 🫡
