ISO: VIP clients to join me for 100 days of yoga therapy to relieve your chronic pain this fall - with a $100 discount!

I have additional openings in my appointment book for the fall, soooo, I would like to offer these two extra spots to two particular clients:

โ‰ Are you interested in exploring the connection between your shoulders and hips to build better (read: more functional) movement between them? Addressing the connection (and probable dysfunction there) is often the culprit of their chronic, nagging pain.

OR

โ‰ Are you interested in exploring the connection between your ankle-knee-hip joints to improve functional movement that can alleviate chronic foot, knee, or lower back pain?

I'd like to help you heal your chronic pain asap. ๐Ÿ’›

I'm working on fine-tuning the mindful movement practices I teach for these particularly common pain complaints, and I'm looking for folks ready to say farewell to the pain with eight 1:1 therapeutic yoga sessions (in-person, if you are local to Sumner WA, or virtually via Zoom).

**PM me to find out more, and see if you are a good fit for this offer.**

(To be sure, ALL my clients are VIP, truly, but I am designing particular protocol for these specific areas of chronic pain right now. ๐Ÿ˜Š)

Just a few snapshots behind the scenes - not your standard, polished Social photos, because real life is more of an eclectic mix of ordinary stuff, right?!

Early morning at the office today, recording videos for the Summer Yoga Membership.

Then, a few hours working on videos for my upcoming Yoga for Better Sleep course (coming very soon - stay tuned!) with my trusty sidekick, Louis - who apparently finds video editing exhausting ๐Ÿ˜†

And then off to the barn to see this handsome gelding and recharge before another busy day tomorrow! Because, I work a lot, but a girl cannot work all the time!

Wishing you all a good balance of productivity + a chance to recharge this weekend mixed into all of your own ordinary things! ๐Ÿ’• Margo

Your Health & Wellness Tip of the Week:
(a hot tip from a Yoga Therapist who coaches folks along their wellness journey every day ๐Ÿ˜Š)

If your lengthy to-do list is inducing panic at the end of the day, switch up the list for a few days.

Even the to-do lists made with the best of intentions or lists of things you "normally" get done routinely will occasionally be hijacked for days (or weeks) when life seems to be life-ing a little extra. Sometimes your plans gets bogarted! That's just part of adulting, my friends. Sorry ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Trying to stop those moments is futile, and ruminating in guilt or shame over your undone list is a waste of your precious energy - imho.

Instead, try making a retroactive to-do list for those days.

Scrap your usual list from the morning and instead make a list at the end of the day with all the little tasks you DID complete, no matter how mundane or menial. Then, immediately cross them off (you deserve the dopamine hit! ๐Ÿ˜‰), and take a moment to realize that even if the day (or week) didn't go as planned, you still get credit getting some s #!โ€  done! Gold star you! ๐ŸŒŸ

Cheers to a week of getting it done - even if it wasn't on your original list! ๐Ÿ’• Margo

07/26/2026

If this week will be full of unavoidable external stressors, do yourself a favor and take care of the internal stressors that you DO have full control over - It might just make the inevitable nonsense of the week feel less "stress-y" after all.

Too little water, movement, relaxed breathing, or moments of rest will all promote a stress response from your nervous system. It's a little like kicking yourself while you are already down!?!

So, if everything else is a hot mess, be sure you make a point to:
โœ” hydrate well
โœ” move well
โœ” breathe well
โœ” rest well

When we begin to do these things well, we impact our own well-being in incredible ways - the days seem more manageable, the to-do lists seem more do-able, the chaos seems less overwhelming.

Cheers to feeling well enough to handle all the things this week! You got this! ๐Ÿ’• Margo

PSA: Stop normalizing stress.

Just because operating under everyday stress feels familiar and common in your world (and in our information-saturated, hustle culture at large, generally), it does NOT mean you have to settle for feeling distressed all day, every day.

You deserve to feel better!

So, here is your permission to take a commercial break from your regularly scheduled program for a bit.

Every great workout program has regularly planned rest days that make those workout days more effective. Similarly, every great "life program" has regularly planned rest moments that make us better at "life-ing."

I promise all the things will still be there, impatiently waiting when you return from your break... They just might not feel so distressing after your moment to recalibrate. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Take care of you today! ๐Ÿ’• Margo
