I recently completed my “30-day fitness online challenge” which was amazing! This held me accountable to my goals each day and I surrounded myself with a great group of like-minded individuals (which was so much fun)! My dream is not only to get into the best shape of my life, but most importantly feel great energy daily and continue to surround myself with great people!
