I don’t always like pictures of myself because I tend to compare myself to the other me. You get it.

I love to teach about how to be a w**d when you are surrounded by flowers.

Weeds fu***ng rock. They thrive. You don’t have to fertilize them. They adapt. Their roots are their strength.

Our ability to adapt is becoming our basic tool for survival.

I wasn’t as happy back then anyway. I’m happy to be enjoying instead of criticizing 💕🌹😍

My yoga today
1. Feet on the floor (that’s my motivation to get up off the couch or out out of bed). Just feet on the floor
2. Water- small sips while I wake up
3. 5 minute walk (I’ll go longer)
4. 5 minutes of work with massage gun on neck and shoulders
5. 3 minutes of legs up the wall
6. Water

It requires no memberships, no socializing, no flexibility, you don’t even have to brush your teeth until after if you don’t have it in you right away. Simple, effective, doing less to feel more 💕

2nd cat that has wandered onto our campsite and decided to claim us. 2 years, two new cats. Now we have to get the word out we are no longer accepting strays 😫🐈‍⬛

Hello everyone and I hope you have a win today! Even if it’s finding matching shoes (go barefoot)

I have to share that I will not be teaching Saturday.

This is my father’s “twin” sister, my Aunt Anne.

They were adopted at the same time so they always joked that they were twins. My dad always liked messing with people. We like to say grandma had a Groupon.

Life has been a little wild lately. I’ve now lost three aunts and a niece in a really short amount of time. My family is batting a thousand in the “keeping me humble” department. 😭❤️
