Sometimes all you need is a calm moment and we’ve got the perfect thing 🙂‍↕️🌿

Botanical Bath Soak
- 2 parts Epsom salt
- 1 part Himalayan salt
- 1/2 part chamomile loose leaf
- 1/2 part calendula loose leaf
- 1/2 part rosebuds and petals loose leaf

These botanicals are perfect for a relaxing evening! Due to their antioxidant content, rosebuds and petals may help lower inflammation, calendula may soothe irritated skin and reduce swelling, and chamomile may support sleep and relaxation.

Blueberry Ginger Thyme Cold Brew Tea

Ingredients:
- 3 blueberry bliss teabags
- 2 lemon slices
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp ginger root

Instructions:

1. Add your teabags, fruit and botanicals to a mason jar and add 3 cups of cold water. Seal and refrigerate.

2. Let steep for 12-24 hours depending on intended strength.

3. Strain and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp chamomile
- 1 tsp lavender
- 2 tsp lemon balm
- 1 tsp rosehips
- 2 tsp rosebuds and rose petals

Instructions:

1. Place botanicals in your receptacle of choice, add 1 cup of boiling water and steep for 7 minutes

2. Strain and enjoy!
