Hello, Monterey neighbors

This is Sattvix Health, specializes in primary care for seniors — and we’re now accepting new patients at 1011 Cass St, Suite 108. New patient appointments are available within 2 weeks, but space is limited, so if you’ve been looking for a doctor who truly understands aging, now’s the time.

Meet the team behind Sattvix: Sattvix was founded by Sangeeta “San” Agarawal, DNP, NP-C, a nurse practitioner who started this practice after seeing too many older adults rushed through 10-minute appointments and treated like a list of symptoms instead of a person. She co-leads our clinical programming with Dr. Baldeep Singh, MD, Medical Director and Head of the Department of Internal Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. Together — with our full nursing and physician team — we blend Western medicine with integrative, whole-person care, so your family gets both compassionate attention and Stanford-caliber medical expertise, right here in your neighborhood.

Not able to get to Monterey easily? We also see patients anywhere in California via telehealth — same doctors, same unhurried approach, from your own living room.

New wellness groups starting soon — open to everyone, even if we’re not your primary doctor: GLP-1 Weight Loss Program — medical weight management, insurance-covered, Blood Pressure Management Group, Diabetes Support Group, Better Sleep Management, Anxiety and Depression Alleviation, Chronic Pain Relief Management

Many programs include at-home monitoring devices (BP cuffs, glucose monitors, and more) covered by insurance — so you can track your health from home with our team watching alongside you.

Built specifically around seniors: Geriatric assessments — memory, mobility, fall-risk, independence, Medication safety reviews, Same-day urgent appointments for our patients, Seamless coordination with your existing doctors, Internal referrals to specialists at Montage Health, Stanford, and UCSF when you need them

We accept: Medicare, Anthem, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna.
80+ five-star Google reviews from patients and families who trust us with the people they love most.

Not ready to book yet? Start smaller. We co-host a free monthly support group for family caregivers, Caregiver Circle, with Dr. Singh — real talk, no sales pitch, just practical guidance from people who understand what you’re navigating. First Thursday of every month, 6:30–7:30 PM, by Zoom or phone.

Comment “CIRCLE” below and we’ll send you the link to join — free, no strings attached.
Spots for new patients are filling quickly — don’t wait to get the care your family deserves.

I know how hard it's been lately to find a primary care provider who's actually taking new patients

The P*P shortage is real, and I hear from families every week who feel stuck, waitlisted, or rushed through 10-minute visits.

So I wanted to share some good news: we're accepting new patients right now.

I'm Sangeeta Agarawal, DNP, NP-C. Over the past 25+ years I've cared for patients at Stanford, UCSF, Mayo Clinic, and Kaiser, trained as a Geriatric Specialist at UCSF, and studied Ayurveda & Yoga in India. But the reason I do this work is simple: I believe you deserve a provider who listens to your whole story — not just your chart.

I'm lucky to practice alongside Dr. Baldeep Singh, MD, a Stanford-trained internist and former Chief of General Internal Medicine at Stanford, whose oversight brings academic-level rigor to everything we do. Together we care for adults and seniors managing chronic and complex conditions, post-hospital recovery, and everyday primary care.

Here's what makes us different:
We treat the whole person — Western medicine + integrative healing
Same-day telehealth and urgent tele-support when you need us
We keep your family in the loop and coordinate with your specialists
Already have a doctor you love? We're happy to come alongside your existing team as co-clinicians — no need to switch

Whether you're looking for a new primary care home for yourself or a parent, we'd be honored to help you feel truly seen and supported.

Caring for an aging parent or loved one doesn't come with a manual.
One day, you're helping them remember a doctor's appointment. The next, you're wondering if that new medication is causing the confusion... or if it's something more.
You search online. You ask friends. You second-guess every decision.
If you've ever felt that weight, you're not alone.
That's exactly why we're launching a new monthly community conversation at Sattvix Health.
Starting this month, every first Thursday, we're opening a free space where families of older adults can ask questions, learn from experts, and connect with others walking a similar path.
Here's what you can expect:
• Ask your questions live to our geriatric specialist.
• Learn from a new guest lecture or topic every month.
• Connect with other families who understand the journey.
• Receive an email summary after every session—even if you can't attend.
Our hope is simple: to create a trusted community where no caregiver has to navigate aging alone.
First Thursday of Every Month
6:30–7:30 PM Pacific
FREE on Zoom or by phone
Whether you're actively caring for a loved one or simply preparing for the future, we'd love to have you join us for our very first session.

Sometimes, the most valuable thing you can hear is:
"You're not alone, and help is here."
We can't wait to welcome you.

My dear friends,

Wishing you a very happy and prosperous Diwali.

May this time bring you
light where there is darkness,
joy where there is sorrow,
togetherness where there is loneliness,
laughter where there is anger and
above all faith where there is fear.
