I am back from Thailand, its bittersweet. I get my dog and my garden.

Just had a worried customer reach out so I thought I would do a public service announcement!!

They were concerned about some clumping in the lions mane liquid extract.

That cloudiness is fine particulate matter that is the actual medicine. The polysacharides, like beta glucans and the diterpenes, like hericenones, are resinous, sticky, thick and often clump together over time.

Its a sure sign that you are getting a potent liquid extract. If you are getting clear, non cloudy mushroom extracts, I am sorry to say you are wasting your money.

Give it a shake for 5 seconds and it will re-suspend those amazing compounds.

I've wanted to bring whole cordyceps fruiting bodies to my product mix for a while now.

These are very versatile. I was going to save them for another project, but I will release them now for you all to enjoy.

Ill have these available at my booth only. So figure out when you are coming to see me.

Lions mane and cordyceps have really transformed my business. Ever since I started popping them both on the daily I have been overactive. I have found there are pros and cons.
