Light Therapy should feel warm and comfortable. Many clients leave my office feeling very relaxed and calm due to how the light therapy affects the nervous system as well.

We use red, infrared, blue, and green wavelengths of light. There is NO ultraviolet light in our light therapy wands.

If your skin is very sensitive causing it to feel too warm we can turn down the strength of the lights or just adjust the distance from your skin. No matter what we want you to be comfortable and feeling well cared for in addressing your health goals.
