We are excited to announce that we are now offering classes Monday through Thursday at:
βοΈ 7:00 AM βοΈ 9:00 AM
As our Tai Chi family continues to grow, we'll be adding more classes in the future.
But for now, these classes give you four opportunities each week to improve your balance, flexibility, strength, breathing, and overall health.
No matter your age, fitness level, or experience, Tai Chi meets you where you are and helps you become stronger, healthier, and more confident one step at a time.
