It was time for the Olympics at The Colonnade during National Senior Health & Fitness Day! Residents enjoyed a fun-filled morning of friendly competition featuring frisbee toss, horse racing, pickleball bounce challenges, co****le, memory games, and more. With plenty of laughs, active play, and chocolate-filled podium trophies up for grabs, the event was a gold-medal celebration of wellness, teamwork, and community fun!

What a wonderful celebration of National Senior Health & Fitness Day at our Center for Health & Wellbeing! It was a great opportunity to showcase the wellness resources available at our center while providing posture tests and fall risk screenings that highlighted the importance of staying proactive with your health, movement, and overall well-being.
