I’m struggling to even write this. After our house burned down, I’ve made the difficult decision to close the shop starting today.
What makes this even harder is that this comes after we already experienced such a devastating loss when our Airbnb burned down back in September. To be facing something like this again feels unreal and honestly overwhelming.
Right now, I’m taking things one day at a time and trying to process everything while figuring out what comes next for my family and our future. I don’t want the shop to be closed long because this business means so much to me and has always been a piece of my heart, but for now I need to give myself some grace and take things day by day.
If you currently have an order with me, please know I am still working to fulfill existing orders and will continue communicating updates as I’m able. I appreciate your patience and understanding while I navigate this unexpected loss.
