According to Chinese Medicine, Autumn begins around early/mid-August, and the more we nurture ourselves preventatively in this season, the more wellness we experience this Winter!

Dynamic Wellness Duo (trio) took a day off of seeing patients to celebrate our Craniosacral Therapist and Marketer MEG for her birthday! Breakfast at Biltmore, followed by a family swim and an Asheville Tourists baseball game was just what the doctor ordered! Happy (belated) birthday, Meghan! Thanks for all that you do!
