According to Chinese Medicine, Autumn begins around early/mid-August, and the more we nurture ourselves preventatively in this season, the more wellness we experience this Winter!

Breakfast at Biltmore, followed by a family swim and an Asheville Tourists baseball game was just what the doctor ordered! Happy (belated) birthday, Meghan! Thanks for all that you do!

Summer! 🌞🔥Or Christmas in July…🎅

Did you know that the healing work we do in the summer impacts the entire year, including how you will feel in the winter season! 🎄❄️ Never underestimate the value of preventative care, particularly in this summer season when we tend to be more outward with our energy in mind, body and spirit.
