🌿✨ BIG NEWS FROM FLEX & FLOW! ✨🌿

I am beyond excited to announce that I'll be teaching at the Barefoot & Free Yoga Festival this year, August 7–9, at Proud Lake Recreation Area !

If you've never experienced this festival before, it is truly one of the highlights of the summer. Imagine spending an entire weekend surrounded by nature, movement, community, and positive energy. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto a mat for the very first time, there is something for everyone. From gentle and restorative practices to energizing flows, workshops, meditation, sound healing, and so much more, the variety of classes and experiences is incredible.

One of my favorite things about this festival is how welcoming and inclusive it is. Everyone is encouraged to come exactly as they are. The atmosphere is supportive, fun, and completely judgment-free.

And yes—kids are welcome too! 💕 My daughter has attended the past two years and has absolutely loved every minute of it. It's become one of our favorite family traditions, and I love seeing young yogis experience the joy, creativity, and community the festival offers.

Tomorrow (Wednesday June 10th) will be our last indoor class. Classes starting on June 12th through the remainder of the summer will be outside at the Stadium!

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply start your day feeling refreshed, we’d love to have you on the mat! 🧘‍♀️✨

The beginning of June we will hold classes in the High School room 401.
Once school is out and construction begins classes will be moved out the our football stadium.

Giada also had an opportunity to attend an Empowering Woman in Soccer clinic last Sunday hosted by & . She had the opportunity to training with athletes from each organization as well as Flint natives & . Thank you ladies for hosting a wonderful event and inspiring women of all ages!
