It feels pretty amazing to see the investment we’ve made in pediatric and sports education and training here at The Adjusted Family be matched by the investment in development, injury prevention, and excellence made by the instructors at Dance Mania Iowa

This past Sunday, months of planning and collaboration finally allowed our two organizations to begin what looks to be an incredible relationship, one that is focused on supporting our athletes’ ability to build and experience health while competing at the highest level. I’m so proud of DMI’s unwillingness to fall into a model of competitive dance that expects the sacrifice of well-being for the sake of performance.

Great things are already happening, and we’re just getting started!

What an amazing night. Huge thanks to the Vail Dance Festival for welcoming Nerissa and I to Vail and allowing me to provide care for these incredible artists. I’ll take any opportunity to learn and grow as a chiropractor, and I’m excited to have this unforgettable experience to take back to The Adjusted Family.

Yesterday was a perfect day 😊
I sincerely appreciate all the birthday wishes! I’m so grateful I got to spend most of the day with my much better half ❤️ and I’m equally grateful you all have helped me build a space in The Adjusted Family that keeps me excited to go to work every day, even on my birthday! 40 was great, but I think 41 is going to be amazing.

Everyone’s favorite honorary doctor here at TAF, Dr. Poppy, is taking the stage with this weekend, so we will be closed on Saturday, May 16. We’re so proud of our little star 🤩 and wouldn’t miss this for the world, and I absolutely love that our incredible practice members fully understand. Call or text to get an appointment set for next week, assuming I’m not just a puddle after watching her perform 😭

You don’t have to say it, I know you’re impressed by my dude’s hiding skills. But don’t get it twisted, Lennox didn’t get hurt and need to be adjusted AFTER this round of Hide & Seek. He needed it BEFORE playing so his brain and body could recognize and adapt to the stresses of cramming himself head-first into a toy box 🤣
Periodic checks by his board certified pediatric chiropractor (or as Lennox calls him - Dad) allows him to be a kid and make silly choices without doing damage to a vulnerable spine.
That’s how it works - a healthy, properly functioning spine, whether young or old, doesn’t get injured from everyday activities.
