Last nights dinner. I found this General Tso’s Chicken at put it over rice and added some broccoli. The chicken had the right amount of crunch on the outside and no weird texture to it. The sauce was very tasty. Would definitely get again.

Stopped by Mr. Mike’s Grill in Westlake Michigan today and their GF menu did not disappoint! They just added mozzarella sticks so I had to get those. I also got a chicken finger pita and then the lava cake for dessert. Everything was so good. And they cook it completely separate from any gluten foods so it is so safe. I need to go back up when they serve breakfast to try the pancakes and French toast.

My Personal AIP is now doing same day pick up on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am-2pm. I have had their waffles before and have been wanting to try more. These added days will definitely help me try them out. www.mypersonalaip.com

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I was charged with making dessert for tonight so I went with a grasshopper pie.

Finally went to this week. I got the açaí smoothie bowl and topped it with granola and bananas, it was so tasty!
They also have a large selection of gluten free and dairy free ice cream. AND you can get it in a gluten free waffle bowl or cone!
I will be back when it isn’t 17* out.
