50 days into .. I'd say it's going pretty well.
Listen, let's just get this out of the way real quick .. 75 HARD is not for everyone, but it is however EXACTLY what I needed to help get me out of the physical & emotional rut I found myself in.
I'm not here to convince you to do 75 HARD with me, or to convince you to do anything for that matter. I am just here to share my story & hopefully inspire you to take action TODAY towards improving your own life.
I promise you, if I can do this ... SO CAN YOU!
I am just a regular girl who one day made the decision to get out of my own way. I used to not care what I put in my body, alcohol was basically like water to me, and getting me into a gym was next to impossible (just ask my fiance).
Fast forward to today and you may think "WOW, she's like a totally different person", and you're not exactly wrong!
I have changed, I changed A LOT actually & now I get to pay it forward and help others make similar changes that only improve the quality of their lives.
