March 2014, completed Usui Reiki levels 1 and 2 training
May 2014, completed B.S. degree in Community Health at SUNY Cortland
November 2014, completed Usui Reiki level 3 and 4 classes to become a Reiki Master/Teacher
December 2015, completed Certificate in Massage and Hydro Therapy at Finger Lakes School of Massage
March 2016, received NYS License in Massage Therapy
2016-2024 continuing massage and health related training, with most continuing education in Shiatsu and Rosen Method modalities

I am not able to schedule any new massage clients! I am still taking new clients for Rosen Method Bodywork and Reiki; I have capacity for up to 4 more sessions of either of those per week.

Any gift cards for massage can still be redeemed, but I will not be selling any more. I will continue seeing any current massage clients (those who have been in this year) without changes.

Please note that discounted sessions are still available, but only for Rosen Method Bodywork and Reiki unless otherwise announced.

For those needing some care on a budget, contact me to request a discounted session.

There are 3 half-price sessions available for any offering each month. Thanks to generous clients with larger budgets, I also have a "pay it forward" fund to offer other discounts to those in need.

Today marks ten years since I graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage!
I'm so grateful to have had such wonderful classmates and teachers during my time there and to all my amazing clients I've gotten to work with since then.
